The fascinating structure still preserves the ancient water intake on the river bank, made entirely of stone.
The mill consists of a structure on several floors: millstone floor, basement, first floor and second floor, and third floor under roof. It is composed of mill rooms and warehouses on the lower floors and two residential units on the upper floors. The entire building has a surface area of approximately 880 square metres.
The property includes, in addition to the mill, land with a surface area of approximately 7,400 square metres, and an additional one-storey structure of approximately 70 square metres.
The mill and the small building have been the subject of an unfinished restructuring plan. The reconstruction of the structure and the roof of the smaller building has been completed.
