A charming Ravenna farmhouse of approximately 700 square metres spread over two floors, set within extensive grounds of around 30,000 square metres, located about 10 minutes from the historic centre, the theme parks (Mirabilandia and ZOO Safari) and the sea, with its sandy beaches.

Over time, the rear section of the farmhouse has been extended with the creation of new, spacious rooms. Plans were made to build an accommodation facility, which remains unfinished today; however, the completed sections are connected to the main apartment and are used as a relaxation area.
The external façades have been enhanced by large porticoes leading to the extensive grounds; the front section has been kept as a lawn, where the spacious swimming pool is situated, and the grounds then give way to a large wooded area.
On the ground floor, the living area of the main apartment comprises a kitchen with a fireplace, a living room with a fireplace, a study, a bathroom and a pantry. The kitchen is also connected to the annexe.
On the first floor is the guest area with three large bedrooms, a bathroom and a study.
The interiors of the villa are beautifully finished with parquet flooring and wooden and terracotta ceilings. Even in the newly built wing, the rooms—intended for conferences, study areas and receiving guests—are beautifully finished with laminated wood ceilings and large glazed areas leading directly to the park; a new swimming pool has also been built here, awaiting completion.
