Art Nouveau villa, on three floors of approximately 430 square meters, with a characteristic turret (altana) overlooking the rolling hills and looking towards the Valtiberina, on the border between Umbria and Lazio, in a charming landscape. The villa is located on top of the hill and has a splendid view of the hills and the ancient village of Calvi in Umbria, built on a rocky spur.
Although the interior of the villa has been renovated over the years, it has retained its original exterior features, in particular the external stone staircase that ends in a loggia with arches and stone columns.
