In the Tuscan hills between Arezzo and Siena, an old farmhouse of about 300 square meters on three floors, surrounded by approximately 87,000 square meters of land, with stables. The property is enclosed in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by cultivated fields and hilly woods.
The farmhouse was already listed in the historic Tuscan land registry of 1820 and features typical Leopoldine architecture with a central tower. It still retains its original layout with storage rooms on the ground floor and living quarters on the first floor.
Stables for pig farming were subsequently built around the farmhouse, and the entire farm was converted for this use. Today, these additional buildings also need to be renovated.
