Set on the high hills of Modigliana, this wine-producing estate specialises in DOC wines, nestled amidst the green hills of the Pre-Apennines in a charming natural setting, with land covering approximately 190,000 square metres.
The estate’s centre comprises several farmhouses arranged harmoniously in a semicircle, forming an internal courtyard. The farmhouses are partly used for hospitality, conferences and the promotion of the winery’s activities, with vineyards covering approximately 75,000 square metres; the remainder of the land is planted with woodland, olive groves and cereal crops.
Accommodation is spread across three of the farmhouses, featuring rooms—all with en-suite bathrooms—and a number of studio apartments.
The estate and farmhouses are situated on the ridge of a high hill, along a historic road that once linked Florence and Ravenna, the Via dei Frati, which offers sweeping views in all directions.
