On the gentle hills of Macerata, a few kilometers from the sea, a charming old stone farmhouse, partly on two floors, measuring approximately 250 square meters, accompanied by approximately 33,000 square meters of land, with a stream running along its edge.
The farmhouse, in need of renovation, is immersed in the green hills surrounded by cultivated fields and hillside groves, with numerous small medieval villages on the peaks of the nearby hills.
The building still retains its original layout with a stable and storage rooms on the ground floor.
The first floor, which can only be accessed via the typical external masonry staircase, was the living area, divided into four rooms, one of which has a fireplace.
