Charming stone farmhouse on two stones of about 260 square meters on two floors, already present in the Leopoldine historical cadastre of 1830. The farmhouse has brick and stone masonry in the typical style of Val di Chiana country cottages, and is surrounded by a large garden of about 2500 square meters, nestled among hilly fields cultivated fields of wheat, sunflowers, olive groves and vineyards.
The cottage still retains the original internal distribution.

On the first floor the dwelling, consisting of kitchen, living-dining room, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom
Outside there are two additional buildings, a storage room and a shelter for farm animals
Very characteristic is the typical staircase to the dwelling, as it is not the typical side staircase, but a front entrance staircase.
Thanks to the renovation work carried out during the 1990s, the masonry, the terracotta floors and the roof made of wood and with the original tiles have been preserved. The cottage is in need of renovation but the masonry is still intact
