The farm is situated on the border between Umbria, Tuscany, and Lazio, in a highly sought-after natural setting, with surroundings characterized by numerous historic villages, such as Città della Pieve, Montegabbione, and Ficulle. The two farmhouses:
The first farmhouse, a two-story building of approximately 350, is divided into four apartments—two on the first floor and two on the ground floor. All apartments feature a spacious living area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
The farmhouse was completely renovated in the early 2000s, preserving its original character, with exposed stone walls and the typical staircase featuring a loggia,
The second farmhouse is square in shape, spread over three floors, and covers an area of approximately 570 m², with very distinctive architecture; in fact, the staircase leading to the first floor is located at the front, creating a stunning effect as it opens onto the loggia (the farmhouse was likely a former granary, and the staircase served as a ramp for accessing it with carts).
