The plan of the villa is C-shaped and is accessed by a partly tree-lined driveway that climbs along the hillside.
The interiors are characterised by spacious lounges and decorated ceilings, and large windows. The rooms are spacious and airy with fireplaces and bathrooms The inner courtyard enclosed between the two wings is below the garden, and in the centre is a balustrade that connects the garden directly with the first floor of the villa
The façades of the villa are characterised by the partly stone and partly brick masonry, and the numerous windows, which are in stone arches on the ground floor and square stone on the upper floor.
Behind the villa is a large garden park traversed by an internal road of approximately 430,000 square metres. The park consists of a wooded hill of 26 hectares, an olive grove of 80,000 square metres, a vineyard of 250,000 square metres and 60,000 square metres of arable land. Inside the park there are some small buildings and a swimming pool.
At the foot of the villa there is a second cottage, the caretaker's house on three floors of about 250 square metres.
