The park consists of a wooded hill of 26 hectares, an olive grove of 80,000 square metres, a vineyard of 250,000 square metres and 60,000 square metres of arable land. Inside the park there are some small buildings and a swimming pool.
At the foot of the villa there is a second cottage, the caretaker's house on three floors of about 250 square metres.
